Denny, We have Durex floor coating in our maintenance and wash area. It is a layered epoxy with grip between the layers. We have areas that bubbled up and peeled. Those areas were repaired and still look ok. Overall the majority of the floor area is wearing well with the chemicals, oil, grease, and every day use. Preparation of the floor is the key to success. Regards, Dan |

Does anyone out there know of or are you running Navistar /Champion low floor vehicles that kneel have ramps instead of lifts. These vehicles have rear brake issues and will catch fire. Let me know if you know of these beasts. Thanks Keith |

Denny Not sure what sealer was used, but will find out. Smooth is fine for cleanig, but remember when it gets wet it is slick. Our bus wash area is really bad for stopping and turning. Shop floor is not much of a problem. I will find out what sealer and let you know. Keith |

RVT would like to know what brand of floor sealer other properties have used on their concrete floors in your maintenance area and what your experience was? Also RVT would like to know what kind of floor finish your have on your concrete floor in the maintenance area. Thanks, Denny |
