Hi Tim, on behalf of the PPTA Maintenance Committee I welcome you to our community. We are an active part of the PPTA and work together to improve maintenance across the state. We have been very successful in providing training for our technicians. We also are very active in developing the specifications for our cutaway vehicles working closely with PENNDOT and DGS. There is no competition between the transit authorities and we all work together to raise the standard of maintenance in Pennsylvania public transportation. If you have any questions or need any help don't hesitate to ask. I strongly encourage you to be involved in the PPTA Maintenance Committee and would love to see you at our winter meeting on November 6th and 7th in Scranton.
