First I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their vote of confidence in electing me Chairman of the Maintenance committe. I will do my best to serve you well and live up to the performance of my predecessors. Now for the good stuff, The maintenance retreat is just around the corner June 8th, 9th 10th featuring the 2nd annual Denny Hahn Chip and Salsa open at the pitch and putt. We all had a great time last year. It is open to all maintenance directors, managers, officers and their familes. There are plenty of campsites, restroom and shower facilities, a cabin and a nice large stocked pond for fishing and swimming. I need to get an idea of how how many will attend this year so I can start planning.Please respond ASAP. There will be a PPTA Maintenance Committee meeting on the 8th of June at 10:00 at the Endless Mountains Transportation Authority in Athens Pa whether you are comming to the retreat or not please plan to attend the meeting this is part of the plan to hold meetings at different authorities to see how everybody does things and swap ideas. I'll need to know all who plan to attend that too and would appreciate if you would respond either way.....thanks Carl |
