Bob, Red Rose uses Trapeze Fleet from Trapeze Software. It is a simple repair order and parts inventory system that is very powerful, easy to use, and inexpensive. It is also very customizable. It can interface with fuel programs and is barcode capable for parts.
www.trapezesoftware.com. I used many different programs over the years and I worked for a maintenance software company for a short time. If you have any questions or would like to discuss it, give me a call.

The system we use is called Manager Plus. The companies name is Qqest, web address: www.qqest.com. You can set up all your PM schedules the way you want-by miles, hours, time etc. fuel, oil tracking inventory in with P.O.s out with W.O.s, labor tracking and more, and reports for all.Call me if you need any more info.

I continually recommend the package, "Fleet Maintenance" out of Alamogordo, NM. It is about the best and simplest maintenance software I have ever seen. It can give you report information in any manner you want. They have an inventory function so you can deduct inventory parts on your work orders also. You can access their website on the Internet. If you want more info contact me. Hope this helps you Bob.
