Dave, RRTA is the same as WTB. We have evaluations for non-union employees only. Evaluations are generally tied to monetary increases, so since our increases are contractual, it may not achieve the intended purpose. |

Dave we haven't done it in the past, but like I told you that before November I will be doing some form of evaluating. We have been doing it for the drivers for 4 years now and it is working o.k. I will keep you guys informed on "How is that working" later. |

Dave, WBT doesn't evaluate any union employees only non union employees. It's a great idea though. Denny |

Does anyone currently evaluate maintenance employees job performance as it relates to their job qualifications? |
