Gary,
We do not perform a functional capacity test however our job descriptions stipulate "Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs". This is for any mechanical position in our shop.

Does any one have new employees preform a functional capacity test and what is you top weight that needs lifted. Is that to the waist, shoulder height or above?
