Like Randy we are going to use Kistler O'brien for our annual inspections. The past two years we tried to use 2 other companies to get better cost. The inspection was timely (January) but, the follow up service and invoicing was very ugly. They did not complete servicing the deficient units until April. The invoice was not produced until March for the inspection. (after many phone calls). This was 2 different companies with the same result. As we know in maintenance, you sacrifice quality for price sometimes.

Gary, Stored pressure fire extinguishers do not require an internal inspection as per OSHA 1910.157........... 1910.157(e)(3)
The employer shall assure that portable fire extinguishers are subjected to an annual maintenance check. Stored pressure extinguishers do not require an internal examination. The employer shall record the annual maintenance date and retain this record for one year after the last entry or the life of the shell, whichever is less. The record shall be available to the Assistant Secretary upon request. You can have your guys do the Annual as well as the monthly inspections. We had an annual inspection sticker made up by our graphics guy and we use the cardboard tags for monthly inspections. Hydrostatic testing at the 6 year mark must be sent out....Any questions give me a call
