As I understand it, it is not legal to sell it to another transit agency if it was purchased with public money. Looking at the mileage, it's not likely you are allowed to sell it publicly either. |

Curious if anyone is looking at getting a trolley STS has a 2007 freightliner trolley with 30,293 miles on it. Had an avail system but that's been removed since drivers didn't want to take it so we pulled the avail system out for a spare. from what my boss said we can sell it to another agency according to penn dot because we arent looking to replace it just get it out of our lot, space is limited. |
