John, we use a copy right out of the manual. The guys circle each item they are doing down the inspection sheet then sign it. Hope this helps!

Does anyone use a specific inspection Sheet for ADA lifts? If so how in depth is it? We have a safety sheet that is completed whenever a full service is done which is basically a complete inspection of the vehicle, as far as the lifts are concerned it's only to check for cracks, clean tracks, and check fluid level.
