Sorry, I cannot make this meeting. I have an appointment that I have already rescheduled 2 times and I can't put it off again. Hopefully I will be able to get a review of the changes (if any) that are made. Respectfully, Dan

FYI to everyone that will be attending the spec meeting Wednesday September 24. Halsey King, "Renowned Transit Expert" has been asked by PennDot to be in attendance to assist with the specifications.
