BDS Dead Angle Rear View Mirrors

If so can you please give me some info on these mirrors. I.E. Are you happy with them? Would you spend the extra money on them? If they are broken, what is the cost of the mirrors to replace? Do they really give you the extra vision they proclaim to? etc etc etc. We are getting ready to order some new vans and this is a new item on PennDot spec sheet for $100.00 and we are trying to decide whether or not they are worth putting on. I'd appreciate any input asap from anyone currently using these mirrors.
