Frank,
I'm not really too familiar with anything else that's out there to compare it to but I really do like the program. It can be as simple or as difficult to use as you want to make it. It mostly depends what you want to get out of a system. I attended their user conference last year in New Orleans and it was awesome. They continue to make upgrades.

Mark,
We purchased our software from TMW in 2012. It is called TMT/Transman. Excellent software. We paid $14,500. It does a lot for the money and we just added a tire module to it.
If you want any more information, let me know.

I've had Dossier at LANta since 2001. We paid less than $5,000.00 for it. There is an annual update/maintenance fee of about $500.00. It has worked very well for us over the years.

Mark, we did an upgrade on our Dossier system in 2011 from a 3.3 version to a 5.1 version at a cost of $17,868. It was a major upgrade of the system but not a brand spanking new system. Don't know if that will help or not.

I need to do an independent cost estimate for a maintenance software system. Within the past few years has anyone procured maintenance software and if so how much did it cost?
Thanks-Mark
