Iagree. That's absurd. We should not have to pay shipping on Warranty parts. I believe the State and the FTA would probably have a problem with that. Definately needs discussed.

I was just informed by Rohrer Bus that we have to pay for shipping of warranty replacement parts. I completely disagree with that policy. It would be no different than taking your car to a dealer for a warranty repair and the dealer making you pay for shipping of ant parts need to make the repair. I think we need to discuss this on the next contract/spec meeting.
