All, In response to the issues that Gillig appears to be having with response time and shipping of parts, A meeting has been set-up at the PPTA conference in Lancaster on Wednesday Afternoon, April 23, 2:15pm. with Jerry Sheehan and Ben Grunat (Gillig's National Sales Manager). This will be for Maintenance Committee members only, no other vendors will be in attendance. I'll fill everyone in with room location, etc. at the committee meeting Wednesday morning. Please bring any specific concerns with you to share. Happy Easter and see you next week. |

I have not had a problem with Mike at all. In fact so far I've found him a blessing compared to Jeff. Jeff was always slow and mostly attitude. |

My parts clerk has complained about him, she simply tells me he is not as efficient as Jeff Anderson. Mark |

I never had any problems wih Jeff. Usually got a response back on the same day. |

He took nine (9) days to complete a quote for bike racks and front bumpers for our 2005/2006 GILIG's.Jerry was copied on this quote. We had slow response from Jeff Anderson prior to Mike Warren. The best GILLIG parts person we dealt with was David Rands.I don't know if he is still there? Denny |

He is slow in returning emails. I am still waiting on a response for an email I sent him about 5:00 PM yesterday. |

We have not had an issue with Michael Warren. My parts manager told me that if he sends an e-mail before noon, he gets a response before 5:00pm the same day or early the next day. We did have an issue with Jeffrey at one time. But so far Michael has not disappointed us. Dan |

Steve, We are too. His returning of calls or responding to emails is weak, at best. I've spoken to Jerry about this a couple of times and haven't heard anything back. Randy |

Is anyone having issues with Michael Warren the parts person at Gillig? We are having issues with not returning emails in a timely fashion. Just curious |
