Dan,
RRTA uses Luminator. We were using Janek but we have found the pricing and turn around time to be better with Luminator.

Dan,

LANta uses Janek. When we need to get sonething from Luminator our contact is Cindy Phelps. She has usually been responsive to us.Have you contacted the rep in this region, Paul Chilkotowsky? He may be of help.

Dan, RVT had the same issue with Janek and we went back to Luminator. We deal with Yvette Andrasko, 1-972-516-3120 or yandrasko@luminatorusa.com She has always been responsive with us.

Dan, I was having trouble getting Cindy Phelps who is there parts person to call me back. I left three voice mails over a weeks time and never got a call back. So I then called Dan teach who is their field service guy. Within five minutes, Cindy called me back and I was able to order the parts I needed. If you can't get Cindy to call you back, call and ask for Dan Teach. Their repair person is Yevette. She is usually pretty good about calling back.

Dan I use twin vision/luminator. I haven't had those problems with them. They have been very responsive when we have need parts.

For those of you who have luminator signs, how do you handle repairs for the power supplies? We were using Janek and within the past year they seem not able to repair any boards successfully. Luminator in Plano Texas takes almost 3 months to get anything from their parts department. That is, when you can get a response from them! Does anybody have another avenue or vendor for Luminator circuit boards and power supplies?
