For those that use TranSynd in their transmissions, there are some alternatives to buying it from Allison.
BP which owns Castrol who makes the TranSynd product is available from PPC Lubricants for $1570 a drum and Mobil has an approved product that Motor Truck Equipment sells for $1412 a drum. I believe the current price from Allison is about $1700 a drum. I attached the info on the Mobil product.
