Steve, Our tire man fills out the change tags and hands them in to the supervisor. The supervisor has an excel sped sheet that he fills out based off the info on the change tags. Once a month the spread sheet and a fleet mileage report is faxed to Goodyear. Mark |

Steve here at CATA we have Goodyear and all we provide them are vehicle numbers, how many Goodyear tires on on that vehicle and the mileages they have run. We do tire tags when we switch from one brand to another. The Goodyear rep does an inventory once a month and provides us with a copy. Make sure to say that tire numbers are required on the invoice for scrap tires. Mark |

Steve, Here at BARTA we use the tags and send a milage sheet. This helps control the inventory. We had our fence cut open wide enough to fit a tire through. By using the inventory process that accounts for each tire, it made it easier to account for all of the tires. |

I am getting ready to put our bid out for tire lease. For those that have Goodyear, how do you handle monthly reporting? Do you use the tire change tickets and submit the form with all the tire changes on? Or do you do just supply mileage like Firestone requires? Thanks, Steve |
