Tyler,

The only test I used was for electrical systems. If they can't pass an electrical test they are not considered. I will have to try and find it since I haven't hired a new mechanic in a few years.

Does anyone use a Test as part of their Technician Interviewing/Hiring process?
We had one when I started here and I felt it was a bit out dated so I revised it and I think I made it too difficult for some one on an entry level. Does anyone have one they use that I might be able to look at and see how mine compares?
