Mark, We had 3 techs go through training quite a few years ago-- they all said it was great. Because of that training, we are pretty much self-sufficient when it comes to fareboxes (other than repairing circuit board)-- we do all of our own repairs. The only caution my guys gave me is that the classes can be very mixed-- some of the people attending know a lot more than others and it can be a little boring for the more advanced guys. |

Mark, RVT has sent three (3) mechanics to GFI for farebox training in the past. Everyone thought the training was very helpful. RVT didn't have to send that many parts in for repair after the mechanics returned from training. Denny |

Mark, Many moons ago, 1995 to be exact, CAT sent two techs out to Chicago for training. At that time the training was three days with Monday and Friday being travel days. Our people thought the training was beneficial. MM |

My Electronics Tech went last summer (he had been working with GFI fareboxes for over 5 years) he said the only down side was the instructor spoke broken english and at times it was hard to communicate with him. but all in all he said it was a very good program. |
