Mark, We use the Braun Millennium and are pretty happy with them. FYI for everyone Shepard has been awarded the NY state contract for cutaways and are a contiguous state so they can be used for purchase with PENNDOT approval

We used to be a huge Ricon fan but a few years ago their products, parts availability and customer service has gotten terrible. Two years ago we switched over to Braun Millenium and we haven't looked back.

Mark, We had the Ricon K5510 and K2210. What a maintenance nightmare they were. We have changed to the Ricon S5510. This is the lift that we had in our 2004 Internationals and it worked well there. We have 25 of these now and we are not anticipating any major concerns.

We have nothing but Ricon S5510 in our cutaways and yes there a headache at times but since we only have the one brand we have pretty much have them figured out at this point.

Also, I also just finished specing a few cutaways and when it comes to the ricon lifts the only difference between the S2010 and the S5510 is the S5510 will extend down a few inches more.

We have 11 Ricons that have been headaches. Most of ours are the Millenium series Braun. Very good lift.

We are specing out a couple new cutways. The 2008 we have, have Braun (Titan) lifts in them and they have been nothing but a headace since Day 1. The spec shows five different lifts available, Braun Millennium, Braun Centuty, Ricon S5510, Ricon S2010 and a Maxon WL7-1000. Any direction as to what has worked the best for anyone else would be very helpful. Thanks
