No problem Tyler that's what PPTA is here for, there is a wealth of knowledge on all these commitees. Don't be afraid to ask questions someone will know the answer.

Tyler,
RVT calls Detroit to travel to our property to make warranty repairs. The travel time & labor are covered under warranty. I would call your rep like Carl said. We also have an agreed upon warranty rate with manufactures if we make the repairs.

Tyler, I'm not sure about Detroit but I deal with Gillig where they supply the parts and we do the labor at an agreed on rate. Check with your Detroit rep and I'm sure you can negotiate something. Keith might have had something already in place.

Hello Everyone,

I am tring to figure somethings out with manufacturer warrenties Detroit to be particular. Does Detroit offer the ability to reimburse for parts and labor if performing a warrenty covered repair?

Thanks
