Dennis, This message may arrive 2 times. I am not sure if I missed a step the last time. Attached is a sheet that I developed many years ago. I modify it for each building to create an audit flow. The flow allows me to audit without back-tracking or jumping around on the sheet. Walk the building and set up the sheet for what you want to see and document when you are in that area.
You may modify or recreate this wroksheet. There was a time when this form had 39 indicies.
Regards, Dan

Does anyone out there have a checklist they use for monthly building safety?
